Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of firma.ai. They do not govern the Firma software itself, which is licensed separately, and they are not a contract to supply you with anything. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Firma AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Firma AI, Inc., and "you" means anyone using the site.

Our registered office in the State of Delaware is 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19801, and our registered agent at that address is The Corporation Trust Company.

2. What this site is

This site describes what we are building and how it works. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to deliver a feature, or a representation that any described capability is available today. Product descriptions, roadmaps and screenshots may change without notice, and some illustrate intended behaviour rather than a shipped release.

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, compliance or security advice. Deciding whether Firma meets an obligation that applies to you is your call, and you should take your own advice on it.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• interfere with the site, or try to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach
• scrape or harvest content or contact details at scale, or use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the site
• submit false information through the demo form, or submit anyone else's personal data without their knowledge
• use the site or its content to build or market a competing product
• use the site for anything unlawful

4. The demo request form

Submitting the form is a request to talk, not an agreement. We may respond, decline, or take our time, and we are not obliged to provide a demo, a trial, or access to anything. What we do with the details you submit is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Open source

OpenFirma is published on GitHub under its own licence. That licence, and not these terms, governs your use of the code. Where the two differ for the code, the licence wins. The documentation site is likewise governed by whatever notice it carries.

6. Intellectual property

The design, copy, diagrams and other content on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site, and quote from it with attribution, for ordinary purposes such as reporting or internal evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt it without our permission.

"Firma" and the Firma mark are ours. Other names and logos on this site, including those of third-party agent tools, belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to identify those products, and their presence does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation in either direction.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to and embeds material from third parties, including GitHub and Google Drive. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the terms and privacy practices that apply once you are there.

8. No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site, however caused and on any theory of liability. Our total liability arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your local law.

12. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us regarding the site.
